Tommaso Ciampa Walks Out Of DIY Interview After Loss On 4/22 WWE Raw

Tommaso Ciampa was clearly frustrated following DIY's loss.

On the April 22 episode of WWE Raw, Awesome Truth (The Miz and R-Truth) defeated DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) to retain the WWE World Tag Team Championship. After the match, Ciampa did not shake hands with The Miz and R-Truth. Instead, he walked away.

In a Raw Exclusive, DIY was asked to comment on how they processed their loss and where they went from there.

"What’s the next step? This was the next step. Becoming the World Tag Team Champions was the next step. There’s no next step," Ciampa said.

Ciampa was then asked about not shaking hands with Miz and Truth after the match. He said the interview was a waste of time, leaving Gargano by himself with Jackie Redmond. Gargano said that Ciampa was emotional, he had always been that way, and it was a tough night.
